Elchemy Raises $5.6 Million to Boost North American Services and Tech Capabilities
Elchemy, a cross-border specialty chemical distribution platform, has raised $5.6 million (approximately ₹47 crore) in a funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm.
The newly secured funds will enable Elchemy to establish a dedicated team in the United States to enhance services for its North American clients. The company also plans to strengthen its technological capabilities, particularly in supply chain visibility solutions, including real-time tracking, automated documentation, and advanced quality management systems.
“This funding will accelerate our tech investments, enabling us to build the digital backbone of global specialty chemical distribution,” said Shobhit Jain, Co-founder of Elchemy.
Founded in 2021 by chemical engineer Hardik Seth and software developer Shobhit Jain, Elchemy serves over 80 clients globally and facilitates exports to more than 50 ports worldwide. The platform’s mission is to revolutionize specialty chemical distribution through digital innovation and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
